A core focus of Giesbrecht & Company over the last 4 years has been working with project proponents getting their projects approved through the municipal and regional government process.

Clearly with many projects there needs to be time and effort spent on communicating the value to the local community. We work with local stakeholder groups, the media, and local governments to successfully move potentially controversial projects through the approval process, turning 'No's' into 'Yes's'.

We work with for-profit developers and not-for profit housing societies advocating for what we deem to be worthy, community building projects.

We have a team of consultants with expertise in municipal land-use planning, ALR applications and property development services.
